How much space do I need?

We need a space that is 16'w x 20'd x 11'h. We recommend a level and firm surface for the most realistic experience.

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes - Weather permitting. In order to provide a clear and sharp projected image - we suggest a start time after sunset for outdoor events. We suggest a level and firm surface to create a safe and realistic experience. We need a dedicated power source within 50ft of the set up. We will discuss the setup during the pre-consultation call to create the most successful experience for you.

Can you set up indoors?

Yes - We suggest a level and firm surface to create a safe and realistic experience. We need a dedicated power source within 50ft of the set up. We will discuss setup during the pre-consultation call to create the most successful experience for you.

How long does it take to set up and breakdown the simulator?

We will arrive 90 minutes before your event start time. We will need 60 minutes after the scheduled event ends to breakdown the simulator.

How do I book with Swing On The Go?

You can start your booking process for your event by filling out our 'Contact Form'.

We will schedule a pre-consultation call to learn more about your event.

To help us prepare for your consult call, please include the following:

- Date of your event

- Type of event you are hosting

- Start and end time (4 hour minimum)

- Location of event

- Number of guests attending

- Is your event indoors or outdoors?

What areas do you service?

Swing On The Go is based out of San Diego, CA. We travel throughout San Diego County, Orange County, and Los Angeles. Additional travel expenses may apply for requests outside of these areas - Inquire within.
